O R D E R

(30th APRIL, 2023) 1.

These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms dated 30-04-2023. The compromise terms are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

The appeal is disposed off in terms of compromise terms (X).

( 2 ) 4.

The appellant/Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of compensation, awarded by the concerned MACT within a period of six weeks from today in terms of compromise before the concerned tribunal.

The respondent/s-claimant/s are entitled to withdraw that amount of compensation in terms of award passed by the tribunal and the concerned tribunal pass necessary orders to that effect forthwith. 6.

The Registry is directed to transfer the statutory amount, if any deposited in this court while filing the appeal alongwith accrued interest thereon to the concerned MACT. The amount if any deposited and withdrawn be adjusted.

7.

The concerned learned Tribunal shall adjust the statutory amount and amount if any, withdrawn earlier, in the amount of compensation and thereafter take necessary steps for making the payment.

R & P, if received be sent back to the concerned tribunal. 9.

The concerned learned tribunal be informed accordingly. 10.

The court fee refund certificate be issued pas per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959. 11.
