Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is still pending. The result of the petitioner's 2nd year M.B.B.S. course is withheld.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Pulkundwar, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No. 4.

The committee was directed to decide the proceeding within one year under order dated 19th June, 2015. It is submitted that the proceeding is not yet decided. At least in the matters of the students, the committee is expected to abide by the time stipulated in the orders. The committee should be alive to the fact that students are prosecuting the studies and eventually if the claim is invalidated it will give rise to further complications.

Considering the above, the committee shall decide the validation proceeding within four (4) months from today. No further extension would be given. The respondent shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5.
