Learned counsel for the applicant files on record true copy of the order dated 25th February, 2016, passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1232/2016 and 1235/2016, which is accepted on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. 3.

As the case of the present applicant is on the same footing as that of the applicants in above referred two applications, the identical order is passed in the present application, as under.

The condition No. (iii) in the common order dated 3rd July, 2015, passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 2903 of 2015, is modified as under : "The applicant shall attend Local Crime Branch, Aurangabad on fourth Sunday of each month till the trial is over."

The present criminal application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
