Considering the challenge in the present appeal, presently the applicants-original claimants are allowed to withdraw proportionate 50% of the amount from the cash ratio awarded by the Tribunal, by distributing between each of the applicants, on the condition that they would furnish an undertaking that in case any order adverse to their interest is passed in future, they would refund the said amount within a period of four months from the date of such order.
