The applicant is the maternal uncle of the victim. In her affidavit, she has stated that the applicant and her relatives have settled the dispute. The victim is present in the Court. She affirms the contents of the affidavit. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure '

A'. In view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

931-BA.349-23.odt (ii) Applicant RAMHARI BHAGAN CHIKANE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.401 of 2022, registered by Police Station Shillegaon, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 376, 452 of the IPC.
