The petitioner is a widow, who claims that her husband died as a Covid warrior and therefore she is entitled for Rs.50,00,000/- compensation.

The learned Advocate representing respondent No.3 places on record a copy of the communication dated 15.10.2020, said to have been served upon the petitioner informing her that her claim has been rejected by the authorities.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the communication dated 15.10.2020 is received by the petitioner today and it was never served upon her earlier. The copy of the communication dated 15.10.2020 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that as the claim has been rejected, the petitioner would assail the said order by preferring a fresh petition.
