Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The petitioner is before this Court with

(2) limited grievance and consequential prayer clause (B) is made for directions to the authority.

In identical circumstances of numerous petitions, this Court passed order directing the Sub Divisional Officer to issue fresh caste certificates to the applicants wherein the applicants approached the authority for issuance of certificates with corrected nomenclature.

The petitioner is a student prosecuting academic career. The earlier certificate granted to the petitioner is placed on record at Exhibit­A with nomenclature 'Mannerwarlu, scheduled tribe. Copy of the application submitted to the Sub Divisional Officer, Sub Division Degloor is placed at Exhibit­B and it is submitted that as there is an error in the nomenclature, fresh certificate be issued to the petitioner with correct nomenclature 'Mannervarlu, scheduled tribe'. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also invited our attention to the order passed by this Court on 1st March, 2019

(3) in Writ Petition No. 2774 of 2019.

We see no reason to take a different view than the view adopted by this Court in the order dated 1st March, 2019 in Writ Petition No. 2774 of 2019.

Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
