In view of the order under challenge in Writ Petition No.1099 of 2015, by which protection was withdrawn, this petition is rendered infructuous. Hence, Criminal Writ Petition No.283 of 2014, is disposed of as infructuous.

Mr.Gaware, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that liberty to represent to the Government for the grievances of the Petitioners be not taken away. The Petitioners are at liberty to take such steps available in law.
