Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in prayer clause 'B', petitioner seeks for direction to Scrutiny Committee for issuance of validity certificate, the limited grievance of the petitioner is non decision of claim pending before the Committee, as such, counsel for the petitioner submits that direction to be issued to the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously. The grievance raised in the petition is limited one.

Considering the fact that the petition is a student and admission is sought by the petitioner in 11th class in Junior College namely; Shri Narayandas Ramdas High School and Junior College (Science), Indapur, Dist. Pune as a candidate belonging to 'Scheduled Tribe' category, the petitioner is disposed of at admission stage with directions to the Scrutiny Committee. 4.
The claim was forwarded to the Scrutiny committee by the College on 09.08.2017 and the committee accepted the claim for validation on 26.10.2017. These documents are placed on record on page 11 and 12 respectively.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent No.2 Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner, as early as possible, and not later than (6) weeks from today, if same is not decided till date.
