It is submitted that after filing of the present writ petition suspension has been revoked and the petitioner is reinstated. According to the respondents, the petitioner is paid subsistence allowance. According to the petitioner about 70% subsistence allowance is paid. That dispute would not be germane to the present petition. The petitioner may give his calculation with regard to the subsistence allowance which, according to him he is entitled to, to respondent No.2 and the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and take decision upon it. 2.

Respondent No.2 shall also take decision with regard to the suspension period of the petitioner. The petitioner may give application to that effect also.

Decision would be taken by the respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
