Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance raised by the petitioner by complaint dated 16/1/2024 is decided by the respondent No.6 Committee by order dated 30/10/2024. Thereafter, the appeal challenging the said decision is also decided by order dated 23/12/2024. in view of this, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise challenge to the decision by initiating appropriate proceedings. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
