The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. We make it clear that the liberty granted today will be available for the applicants only for two weeks from today. In case such application is filed by the applicants, within stipulated period, as indicated above, the concerned court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within eight weeks from the date of filing such application.
