In the light of the fact that the petitioner is challenging the order refusing to grant approval to her appointment, passed on 28/01/2025 by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded (Exhibit 'H'), in the light of mechanism provided for under the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of that remedy.
