The petitioners have grievance with regard to their transfers.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have made an applications to the Chief Executive Officer with regard to their transfers, cognizance is not taken of the same.

In view of Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, now, the Chief Executive Officer has to consider the grievance regarding transfers. 4.

The petitioners may file fresh applications to the Chief Executive Officer making grievance about their transfers. The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon them expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of filing of the applications on its own merits.

5.

Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
