In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off in terms of the order passed in Sanjay Sitaram Jadhav (supra). The directions set out below paragraph Nos.5 (a) to (d) of the said order would apply to the case of the present Petitioners and the concerned Respondents/Authorities would scrutinize the case of
