Heard Mr. Bagul, learned advocate appearing for the applicant.

The applicant seeks to condone delay of 68 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused the application and reasons as stated therein. Apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigency. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. In that view of the matter, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order :

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Delay of 68 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned.
