CA/2504/2024 in FA/2990/2008 and CA/13627/2021 in FA/2990/2008 are filed for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased applicants and respondents by condoning delay. The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the legal heirs mentioned in the applications are the only legal heirs of deceased Latabai, Kamalbai, Ramchandra, Laxman, Draupadabai and Rajaram, and an affidavit of the applicants to that effect is filed in the application itself. 2.
In view of the above, CA/2504/2024 and CA/13627/2021 stand
925 CA 2504-2024 allowed and disposed of. The learned Advocate for the applicants to file Vakalatnama within a period of three weeks.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.

In CA/1643/2022 in X-Obj.St/6093/2020 in FA/2990/2008, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the delay of 4057 days is caused in filing the X-Objection Stamp/6093/2020. She further submits that, in the event any enhancement granted to the claimants, she would not claim interest or statutory benefits for the delayed period.

In view of the above, CA/1643/2022 is allowed and the delay caused in filing X-Objection is condoned subject to the condition that the claimants shall not claim interest or statutory benefits for the delayed period. The application is disposed of. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) vj gawade/-.
