Per Court :- This is an application filed by original Respondent No.1 in the Writ Petition No. 804/2014 for vacation of interim relief. In Writ Petition No. 804/14, notices were issued to the present Respondents. Inspite of that, when matter was taken up for admission on 7th January, 2015, nobody appeared for the Applicant and, therefore, the Court has admitted the matter and interim relief was granted in favour of the Petitioners. [2] Present applicant has pointed out in the application that, she is 73 years old and her maintenance allowance is stayed. In that view of the matter, this Court is of view that, instead of passing any order of vacation of stay, matter should be decided as early as possible, looking to the fact that, present Applicant - Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition is 73 years old.
