After hearing both the sides, it transpires that the challenge was put up by the petitioner to the communicationd dated 20-04-2020 whereby the Chief Executive Officer of the respondent - Zilla Parishad had put on notice the employees of the Zilla Parishad of the departmental action if they indulged in unnecessary and avoidable correspondence and litigation.

Mr. Suryawanshi tenders across the bar a further order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed dated 06-09-2022 whereby the earlier circular which is under challenge in the petition has been expressly withdrawn.
