The petitioner submits that he is a seasonal degree holder semi educated unemployed candidate. He relies on the Government Resolutions dated 02.03.2019 and 30.09.2020, by which the Government intends to place such candidates on contractual basis with out sourced agencies, as and when the work would be available. They are permitted to apply in their respective districts from where they have drawn their educational qualifications. They are supposed to register themselves on the website of the Government having the web address of www.mahaswayam.gov.in.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the
2 947-wp 4799-2022.odt petitioner has already registered himself on the website. He is unaware as to whether his turn has arrived for being deployed on contractual basis wherever the work of the Government is out sourced. 3.
In the above circumstances, we cannot exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction by issuing a writ of mandamus and direct the Government or any other authority to issue an appointment order to the petitioner, or direct the State authorities to have a contract signed between the petitioner and an out sourced agency.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.
Needless to state, if the Government offers the petitioner any work in the light of the said Government Resolutions and if he desires of taking up such work, he is at liberty to do so. ( ANIL L. PANSARE ) ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE ) JUDGE JUDGE P.S.B.
