Civil Application No. 4735/2015 is filed for permission to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 (i) on record. He died on 9.1.2015 and the application came to be filed in the month of February 2015. So, the application is allowed. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. Learned counsel Shri. Kothari submits that he will take instruction and he will probably file appearance for legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 (i).
