We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that names of Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are not removed from 7 X 12 extract though the order is passed. According to the learned counsel, the Respondent Authorities are duty bound to comply the orders that are passed by the competent authorities.

We have heard learned A.G.P. also.

The Petitioner does not have any personal interest in the subject matter. If the orders are passed, the authorities would implement the same in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition, as such, disposed of.
