Learned advocate for the applicant states that the stipulation with regard to time for making deposit pursuant to

{2} ca2948-18 order dated 9th June, 2017 could not be kept up due to various difficulties, however, the amount is now ready and in fact cheque has also been prepared and issued to deposit the amount pursuant to said order and as such, seeks extension of time for making deposit.

Learned advocates appearing for respondents do not have any particular objection for granting extension of time for making deposit.

In view of aforesaid, time to make deposit pursuant to order dated 9th June, 2017 stands extended by a further period of two weeks from today. Amount to be deposited within aforesaid extended period and the time to deposit the amount under the order dated 9th June, 2017 shall be deemed to have been extended accordingly.
