The applicant has moved this application seeking condonation of delay of 1832 days caused in filing the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the trial court. When the case is called, the applicant and its Advocate are absent. 2.

On the previous date i.e. 29th July 2017 also none appeared on behalf of applicant. By way of indulgence, the case adjourned for hearing and in default for passing appropriate order. Today again none appeared for applicant. It appears that applicant is not interested to prosecute the case. So also on merit there is no case

to entertain the application seeking condonation of 1832 day's delay filing of appeal along with the application seeking leave to file appeal. In this view, I am inclined to reject the application. Accordingly the application is rejected.
