The amount deposited by the present applicant be invested in fixed deposit in nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years. The interest accrued thereon be paid to the respondent after every six months, subject to applicant furnishing an undertaking to this Court within two weeks that in case, present appeals are allowed, he shall re-deposit the said amount with interest, as is paid by the bank, of which he is beneficiary.

There shall be stay to the execution.
