Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The similarly situated co-accused have been released on bail by the Sessions Court. That apart, the weapon has been recovered from the applicant. Considering the role attributed to the applicant and his age, it would be inappropriate to keep him behind bar for further period. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant BALVINDER SINGH @ CHETAN SINGH RAJENDRA SINGH SAPURE be released on bail on

922-BA.351-23.odt furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.536 of 2022, registered by Police Station Nanded Rural, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120-B, 452, 294, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC, Section 4/25, 4/27 of the Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall not leave Nanded till the conclusion of the trial without permission of the concerned Police Station Officer (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
