The petitioner has put-forth prayer clause (B) and (C) as under:

By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, thereby directing the respondent No.3 and 4 to forward the proposal of petitioner to the respondent No.2 for the permanency as a sport teacher in view of petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2019.

Pending hearing and fnal disposal of this writ petition, to direct the respondent No.3 and 4 to make the arrears of payment of salary in view of petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2019.

We have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective sides. Shri Talhar, the learned advocate representing the management submits that the proposal would be forwarded to respondent no.2 on or before 20.11.2021. 1/2

In view of the above, we direct respondent no.2 to decide the said proposal on it's own merit, on or before 15.12.2021 and communicate the order to the respective sides forthwith. If a favourable order is passed, respondent no.2 would also consider issuing directions in terms of prayer clause (C) reproduced above. 4.

As such, this petition is disposed of.
