The matter is settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, the Insurance Company has withdrawn the appeal. The original claimant/appellant has moved this application seeking direction that the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company with this Court along with the accrued interest be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule.

The office is directed to transmit the amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company with accrued interest to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule, from where the original claimant/appellant will be entitled to withdraw the amount. 3.

Civil application is disposed of.
