This is an appeal against the order dated 10.02.2012 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Nanded, below application (Exh.5) in M.A.C.P. No.81 of 2011, granting compensation under no no-fault liability claim.

It is informed that the respondent has already withdrawn the amount. The claim petition is reported to have riped for hearing. This appeal, therefore, could very well be disposed of, with a direction to the Tribunal to decide the claim petition within a time frame.

The appeal, thus, stands disposed of. The Tribunal is requested to decide the claim petition within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

The order challenged herein shall be subject to the decision in the claim petition.
