The learned counsel for the respondents points out that the present writ petitions arise out of an interim orders and the main proceedings before the Industrial Court i.e. Complaint ULP No. 81/2002 itself is dismissed and as such, nothing survive in the present writ petitions. 3.
In view of the same, the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous. Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of. 4.
