Learned advocate appearing on behalf of non-applicant Nos. 1 and 2 submits that non applicant No. 3 is the married sister of the two non-applicants. She is now not residing with the two brothers as she is residing in her marital home. She can either be deleted or non-applicants No. 1 and 2 can represent her cause.

Considering the above, this application is disposed of since the non-applicants No. 1 and 2 would be representing the

non-applicant No. 3 in the Writ Petition No. 10401/2014. 3.

The respondents are at liberty to file affidavits-in-reply in the Writ Petition within a period of eight weeks from today. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
