Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling of Mannervarlu. The petitioner applied for issuance of corrected tribe certificate, however, the Sub Divisional Officer has not attended the applications of the petitioner.

Notice to respondents. The learned A.G.P.

accepts notice for respondents and submits that the petitioner has to file application online.

The petitioner may file application online, if not filed, for issuance of corrected tribe certificate. The petitioner shall deposit the original tribe certificate received by him with incorrect spelling of the tribe. Upon receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Officer shall verify the genuineness of the same and thereafter issue corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct spelling of the tribe preferably within 15 days.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
