Mrs. Deshpande, learned A.G.P. waives notice for all the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is still pending with respondent no.3, though this Court had directed respondent no.3 to decide the validation proceedings within one year as per the order dated 8.1.2016. As
one year has lapsed, respondent no.2 has issued notice stating that the period stated by the High Court has come to an end and as such, as validity is not submitted adverse action would be taken against the petitioner.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

It is for the Committee to decide the validation proceedings. It is submitted that the vigilance is already completed. In view of that, the Committee is expected to decide the said proceedings at the earliest.

Till the validation proceedings are decided the respondent no.2 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation
proceedings are pending.
Of course, respondent no.2 can take further course of action depending upon the judgment that may be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
