Order :- 1.

Learned counsel for applicants states that address of respondents No. 1 and 2 had been same before the motor accident claims tribunal. They were tried to be served on the same addresses in the first appeal, however, that effort had been futile. Those are the only addresses known and despite efforts their whereabouts could not be traced out, in the circumstances, it is expedient to allow the application.

In view of aforesaid submission, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and is disposed of. [ SUNIL P. DESHMUKH ] JUDGE MTK.
