It is submitted that the Statue was erected in the year 2008 after permission. Now the petition is moved after 13 years for removal of the same.

If any illegality is committed, it is for the authorities to consider the same. The petitioner has already approached the authorities. The petitioner may prosecute his application as may be permissible. 3.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
