The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal again with a fresh proposal for validation of his 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe certificate, since, by the impugned order, the earlier proposal has been dismissed in default expressly keeping open the avenues for the petitioner to agitate and claim validation. 2.

The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
