The petitioners are anxious for an early decision regarding Scrutiny Committee's proceedings for validation of their 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe Certificates. It is being pointed out that one petitioner is selected in some employment, while the other would be appearing for NEET (UG) 2025. The learned AGP submits that the committee would decide the proposal within four months. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' blood relatives have been held entitled to have certificates of validity, and independently, even the committee has validated the 1/2

907 WP NO. 2742 OF 2025 certificate of one of the blood relatives. The petitioners are ready to adopt the replies filed by Gaurav Vijay Rabade and Nisha Vijaysing Rabade in response to the vigilance cell report. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioners to make appropriate application addressed to the committee, expressing their desire to adopt the replies filed by Gaurav and Nisha to the vigilance cell report.
