The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat.

The appellants / claimants and their counsel present. 3.

The parties have filed compromise pursis for settlement of the dispute. Mr. Mohit S. Deshmukh, the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, who is authorized to sign

(( 2 )) 20-FA-860-2022 Lok-Adalat the terms of the compromise. The terms of compromise is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

By the present appeal, the claimants have prayed for enhancement of compensation granted under the judgment and award dated 08.09.2021 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Latur, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.175 of 2019.

Today, the appellants / claimants and respondent No.2 Insurance Company, filed joint pursis Exhibit "X". As per the compromise, respondent No.2 - Insurance Company agreed to pay additional amount of compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh), inclusive of all components, within a period of eight weeks from today and the claimants are agreed to accept the same. 6.

In view of above, the present First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis Exhibit "X".

After the additional amount of Rs.10,00,000/- is deposited in this Court, the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- be paid to claimant No.1 Rajeshri w/o Satish Igave, Rs.2,00,000/- be paid to

(( 3 )) 20-FA-860-2022 Lok-Adalat claimant No.2 Prajwal s/o Satish Igave, who attained the age of majority during pendency of the appeal and Rs.2,00,000/- be kept in fixed deposit in the name of claimant No.3 Pragati d/o Satish Igave, in the nationalised bank, till she attain the age of majority. 8.

The amount of Rs.1,00,000/- each, be paid to claimant Nos. 4 and 5, who are parents of the deceased. 9.

The First Appeal is disposed of. Accordingly, award be drawn.
