Heard learned advocate for applicant. Present CA is filed for issuing notice to the respondent no.6 in daily newspaper by paper publication. According to learned advocate, the respondent no.6 is residing within the area of Nashik district and, therefore, notice be served to the respondent no.6 by paper publication. The applicant is ready to pay the necessary charges for publication of notice against respondent no.6. The newspaper as disclosed by learned advocate for applicant is Dainik Deshdoot which is highly circulated paper in Nashik district. Thus, considering the contentions raised in this CA supported by affidavit, I find no difficulty to pass following order. CA is hereby allowed. Notice be issued against respondent no.6 by paper publication in daily news paper Deshdoot. The appellant/applicant shall pay necessary charges to the Editor of the concerned newspaper for paper publication.
