The petitioners are challenging the order passed U/Sec. 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 allowing the Revision filed by the respondents.

In that event, the petitioners has remedy available before the Revenue Authorities.

In view of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
