Upon oral directions, learned AGP was asked to get information as to whether the proposal dated 19.5.2018 made by the petitioner for sanction of "Bal Sadan" (Balgruh) is still pending with respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Learned AGP informs after instructions, that they could not find anything at Beed office since it is a matter of 2018. He seeks accommodation. He states, once again, that he had not contacted respondent No.2. In fact, in view of the prayer clause, he ought to have contacted Pune office only and not the Beed office.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer to direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the said proposal, we dispose of the petition, with direction to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the said proposal dated 19.7.2018 filed by the petitioner for sanction of "Bal Sadan" (Balgruh), if it is pending, within a period of three months from today, on its own merits. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner.
