Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the applicants came to know about death of respondent no.4A in the month of December 2017 and after collecting the information about legal heirs of respondent no.4A submitted this application for bringing the legal representatives on record which is delayed by 287 days. Though, proposed legal representatives have not filed any reply to this civil application, however, learned counsel appearing for the proposed legal representatives strongly resisted this application on the ground that there is no explanation about the delay caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent no.4 on record. aaa/-

The dispute pertains to immovable property and writ petition is pending before this court since 1992. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A and B and disposed of accordingly. Writ petition is of the year 1991. Fix the same for final hearing in the last week of June, 2018.
