There seems to be delay of 55 days in bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased of late appellant No. 3. 4.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, the delay needs to be condoned in order to bring on record the legal heirs of late appellant No. 3.

ORDER

(I) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and (C).

(II) The applicant shall make necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within a period of two weeks.
