We have heard Mr.Gadhe, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Kale, learned counsel

for the non-applicant.

The applicant is Grampanchayat Umara.

Considering the nature of dispute, the Grampanchayat would be necessary party.

The Writ Petition is not yet admitted.

The request for vacating the interim relief would be considered at the time of considering the petition for admission.

The non-applicant shall add the present applicant as a party in the Writ Petition.

The Civil Application disposed of with aforesaid observation.

Place the matter for admission on 30.1.2018.
