For the reasons stated in the application, the application needs to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).

(ii) The appellant / acquiring body is directed to bring on record the legal heirs of the original claimants Late Govind Yashwant Dange by making necessary amendment in the array of the appeal memo within four weeks from today.

(iii) The civil application is accordingly disposed of [ SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI ] JUDGE S.P. Rane
