Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. None present for the respondents.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole petitioner.

Reason for delay as explained was that they did not know knowledge about the pendency of this petition. The applicants are the sons of and wife of the sole petitioner. There is no dispute that the present applicants are the legal heirs of the sold petitioner. Considering the relationship, the reason appears not justifiable. However, to protect the interest of parties, the delay may be condoned by imposing cost. Hence, the following order is passed;

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

Five Thousand Only) to be paid to the Latur District Advocates' Bar Association, Latur, within two weeks from today. iii) The legal representatives be taken on record and necessary amendment be effected on or before the next date. iv) List the matters on 27.02.2024.
