Though the learned counsel submits that there is some history of proceedings initiated by petitioner and, some proceedings initiated by respondents have countered or challenged the order which was in favour of the petitioner, it may not be necessary for us to go into those details as the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressing prayer clause 'C' only.

Perusal of the documents placed on record shows that certain representations were submitted to respondent no. 1 and the last representation is of 13.11.2018.

As the representations are pending before respondent no. 1 for a considerable period, the petition is disposed of with directions
