We have heard Mr Sirsamkar, learned Advocate for petitioner, Mr A.V. Hon learned Advocate for respondents no.3 and 4. 2.

The dispute is about the payment of the leave encashment. 3.

The Grievance Committee under its order dated 31.8.2018 has directed respondents no.3 and 4 to give benefit of earned leave encashment. The order passed by the Grievance Committee is self explanatory. The order of Grievance Committee is not assailed. The same has become final. Said order would have a statutory force under the provisions of Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016. 4.

Considering the above, we direct the respondents no.3 and 4 to make payment to the petitioner as per the order of grievance committee within three months from today.
