The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there is a change in the policy and the petitioner would approach the competent authority requesting for increase in the time in running his restaurant.

The petitioner may approach the authority with his request of running the restaurant up to a particular time. Such application would be considered on its own merits, in accordance with policy existing and operating, expeditiously and preferably within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the application.
