Heard these applications at some length.

Learned Advocates for the parties including the learned APP has given the Court a fair background of the events in these proceedings. The record makes it clear that the several orders have been passed in these proceedings right from February 2023 onward and forward. The Applicants are protected by ad-interim orders, which are passed from time to time. The parties agree that these applications are required to be finally heard.

Considering the orders passed and the nature of the proceedings, the Applications would be heard on 25 July 2025 at 03.00 pm. An endeavor will be made to dispose of these applications finally.

Parties are requested to place on record their short/brief written submissions. These submissions, inter alia, ought to take into consideration the findings in the audit report and the details of properties which can be offered by way of security, as
also the role of the individual accused persons in these proceedings.

Mr. Goyanka, learned APP, would take instructions on the fact as to whether any of these properties are attached and would place on record a statement in that regard. Needless to state that the properties to be offered by way of security ought to be free from encumbrances and bear a clear title. 6.
Ad-interim protection in favour of the applicants shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing.
